What Is an Insect Net?
Insect nets (also called agronet) are a much finer UV-stabilized HDPE mesh than shade nets — designed to physically exclude pests rather than filter sunlight. They typically allow around 80% airflow and 95% sunlight through, so crops grow close to natural conditions while staying protected from insect damage without relying on chemical sprays.
